Hilda

Hilda started dancing at the age of 5 and grew up with ballet, modern dance, jazz and show dance. At the age of 15 she got accepted into the Finnish National Opera Ballet School, from which she graduated as a professional ballet and modern dancer. She has worked as a dancer in Finland and abroad, and taught in various dance schools.

Later on, Hilda fell in love with Latin dances such as Cuban salsa, reggaeton and bachata. Currently, her main focus is Bachazouk, and together with Wincent, she teaches bachata with a strong zouk influence. Her teaching focuses on a clear technique that helps the dancers feel confident about the moves, true following, and graceful styling influenced by her background in ballet.
